Committees Finance- Carry out a monthly examination of the local's expenses, prepare an annual budget, and give a report to E-Board and to regular General Membership meetings each month. Education- Assist in developing the local's Education program. Election- Conducts elections for local officers and delegates to the convention. Equity- Assist in discrimination grievance investigation and shall be a resource to help solve inequities in the union. Community Service- Shall assist in developing all community service programs. Legislative- Assist in developing and pursuing the programs of the union and the local in the legislative field, and shall be responsible for the local's program to register each qualified voter.
