We are filing grievances and trying to work with the new company. It seems that the new company doesn't agree with the long-standing principle of settling problems at the lowest possible level. They appear to have taken all control away from your front-line managers.

Question their motives, offer solutions that benefit all workers and mobilize. Speak out when the opportunities present themselves. Remember that management has a responsibility to help you to be successful. If they are standing in your way and creating roadblocks, the company cannot succeed.
